Hi..
I didn't like anything about this company. It took over a month of phone calls to make an appointment, when the vehicle finally got in, the company was called every three days AFTER the day they said the truck would be done. They had the vehicle for over 3 weeks when they said it should take a few days.They never called with updates or asked if they should order a new transmission since they had already sold the one they were going to put in. The estimated cost was $700 less than the actual cost. Do NOT recommend taking vehicles here for repair.
Gille Auto is awesome! The dispatching was helpful and kind. Travis showed up with a show room clean heavy wrecker and hoisted a heavy and awkward piece of equipment onto our lowboy and made it look too easy. My name is Beth Hernandez, I do not recommend this place I ordering a part for my truck last week, when I received was not the right part, call to let them know and the answer was. (that they were sorry but they had not another piece to replace it, also they would not return the money) so I loose $179.00 Dllrs...

I had to keep changing my reservations with U-Haul and the lady who handles the U-haul business at Gille had to work long and hard to straighten out everything that Corporate screwed up. She also got me a better deal then I had on-line . Anytime I need a U-haul in the area they are my go to store. I can not say enough about the customer service
