An amazing place with excellent care for all types of residents. Staff are professional and caring. Administration is forward thinking and responsive.
Administrator needs to be more accommodating to residents and families suggestions to make for a better "home" for the residents. You can give all types of feedback and suggestions, but he will not budge. It is his way or nothing at all! He will not make changes for the better and I feel that is lack of respect for the residents.
The lack of staff members (cna's, nurses, etc) make for sometimes long wait times when the call light is put on or residents sitting at the dining tables for an extended amount of time. Communication between staff members regarding patients dr's orders is also an area of concern. No consistency among the staff. I could go on and on, but I feel that is not necessary.

I direct these complaints with the administration. There are many, many hard working staff at Sheyenne Care Center, but things need to get better, and it needs to start with the top!!
